Why We Started Haven’s First
Haven’s First began in our home with a simple desire — to care well for our family.
During the 2020 pandemic, I began using elderberry syrup as a natural way to support my immune system when many people were looking for alternatives to common medications. The difference it made for me was noticeable, and it quickly became part of my routine.
Over time, my husband and I started making elderberry syrup together in our kitchen using simple ingredients we trusted. What began as something practical for our home turned into something we genuinely enjoyed making together.
Haven’s First grew out of those small moments in the kitchen — creating something natural, thoughtful, and good for our family.
